Six Zipline & ATV Adventure Details

All drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
Guests under 18 who do not have a license may participate as passengers but must ride with a paid adult driver.
Each ATV is designed for two riders and will be shared with another guest.
Groups with an odd number of participants, or guests requesting a private ATV, are required to pay a single-rider ATV supplement. If not added during booking, this fee will be collected at check-in.
A refundable $100 damage deposit per driver will be authorized on a credit card at check-in and released after the tour concludes.

The minimum age to participate is 6 years old. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult during the experience.
Participants must weigh at least 40 lbs. Guests weighing between 40 and 60 lbs will ride in tandem with a certified guide for safety purposes and may not ride with another participant.
The maximum allowable weight is 275 lbs. All guests will be weighed at check-in. Those exceeding the weight limit will not be permitted to join the tour, and refunds will not be provided.

Secure, closed-toe footwear is required for all participants. Athletic shoes are highly recommended. A limited number of water shoes are available for purchase if needed.
For safety reasons, guests may only use the helmets, harnesses, trolleys, and other equipment provided as part of the tour. Personal gear is not permitted.
Participation is not advised for guests with existing injuries or conditions involving the back, neck, or heart. If you have any concerns, please consult a medical professional before booking.
Guests who are pregnant are not able to take part in this activity.
This is an outdoor adventure experience and will proceed in all weather conditions.
Tour duration times are approximate and may vary depending on group size and individual pace.
Guests who choose not to participate at check-in or withdraw during the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

Check-in details

Check in time is 15 minutes before the start of your tour. Please do not be late. Refunds will not be issued if you are late.

Restrictions

Participants must weigh between 40 lbs – 275 lbs. All participants will be weighed in, fully clothed, during the check-in process before each tour. Those unable to meet the requirement will not be permitted to participate and will not be offered a refund or rescheduled.
Minimum age: 6 years old. Minimum age to drive ATV: 18 years old.
All participants on tour are required to hike short distances, ascend and descend stairs, need to be of average mobility and strength, and in reasonably good health. – We do not recommend participation if pregnant or with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable. This includes bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.
No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.
Guests who choose not to participate at the last minute or back out during the activity will not receive a refund.
Tours operate rain or shine. In the rare event of hazardous weather, we will reschedule your activity or issue a refund.
We are unable to make exceptions for personal emergencies or illness. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Protection when booking.
Trip Protection allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, minus the cost of Trip Protection and any applicable taxes or fees.
